•  In the month of June, Aarambh' 06, was held in the Symbiosis Infotech Campus. Team SCIT put on an excellent show for the third consecutive year and was named as the best over-all performer.

•  SIIB organized an in-house event Entice'06 in the month of March. SCIT readily participated in the event and won a couple of prizes in events such as MadAds, Dumb Charades and Marketing Stalls.

•  In the month of February '06, SCIT participated in Spectrum '06, an event organized by the Sinhgad Institute of Management. SCIT won the Runners- Up prize in Table Tennis. In this event, SCIT participated jointly with SIIB, a sister institute to represent SIC. Darshan Dhumal (SCIT) and Arzaan Khambatta (SIIB) played to win the second prize for SIC.

•  In December '05, SCIT organized the 'SIC Sports Meet' , an Inter-Collegiate event within the SIC Campus. There were events like Cricket, Volleyball, Throwball (Girls), Counter Strike, Table Tennis and Basketball ( Half Court ) and Football.
SCIT bagged the "Overall Winner's Trophy" by gaining 14 points in various events. SCIT were winners in Volleyball, Throwball, Counter Strike, and Male Doubles in Table Tennis. SCIT also held the Runners-Up position in Basketball, Counter Strike, Female Doubles TT, Female Singles TT, Mixed Doubles TT and Male Singles TT.

•  SCIT struck again in the month of December'05. The event was 'Amaze '05 ' and was organized by IIPM, Pune. All of SCIT's teams won a prize in this event.

•  SCIT bagged the Runners-Up Trophy in 'Gateways'05', organized by Christ College , Bangalore in the month of October.

SCIT won the 1 st prize in Recruit Race (Darshan Dhumal) as well as in Design & Depict (Avishek Gorai, Gopinath Cataram, Sagar Awasthi).

•  SCIT won the 1 st prize in Management Mavericks at the event '4 Thought' organized by SIMS, Pune.
