Those who are offered admissions must confirm their acceptance by paying the fees (the first installment fees) by the due date. Otherwise the seats will be made open for the next in rank.

Payment of fees should be made only through a crossed demand draft in favour of “ Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology” and payable at Pune . No cash payment is accepted. |

Two stamp-size colour photographs |

Duly attested one copy each of 10 th & 12 th standard marksheets |

Duly attested 2 copies of
- degree certificate or certificate of passing, if degree is completed; or certificate of having appeared or appearing for the qualifying examination from the college authorities, for the candidates appearing for the final examination.
- year wise/semester wise marksheets of all completed examinations of the qualifying degree. |

Migration Certificate

proof of having applied for the migration certificate in the form of
• receipted copy of application and / or
• copy of the payment of fees for migration certificate. |

Gap certificate, which is a declaration by the student on the stamp paper, if the gap is two or more years between the passing of the qualifying examination and the admission. |

For the reserved categories:
i. SC/ST: Two attested copies of the Caste Certificate along with the validity certificate from the respective competent authority of the State or Central Government.
ii. Physically Handicapped: Two attested copies of Medical Certificate for the candidates from category.
iii. Kashmiri Migrant: Two attested copies of the relevant certificate from the competent State/Central government authority. |

All candidates must present ORIGINAL certificates for qualifying degree and/or reserved categories at the time of joining failing which the admission shall be cancelled. |

Students are admitted provisionally. S tudents will need to apply for getting final eligibility certificate from the Symbiosis International University on joining SCIT. It is the responsibility of the student to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualifications for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International University . |

SCIT reserves the right to cancel this admission offer in case any of the certificates do not validate the information given in the application form. |

All admissions are provisional and are subject to candidates' fulfilling of the eligibility criteria published in the SCIT prospectus as per Symbiosis International University . |

All those who are admitted must attend the Opening Session. In case of the absence on the Opening day or if a student does not attend the academic session after attending the Opening Session for two continuous weeks without prior permission of SCIT, his/her admission will stand canceled. In this event, SCIT will automatically assume that the student does not intend to be admitted to the relevant course and SCIT is therefore free to admit the next student in the merit list in his/her place. |
