The most
challenging task of the Alumni Committee is to conduct the 'Grand Alumni Meet
- PRATIDHWANI' at SCIT, to keep the interaction between the institute and alumni
alive and kicking. This event brings together Alumni from all parts of the world
to relive their fantabulous experiences with their loved ones. Pratidhwani at
SCIT is about tradition, memories, culture and bonding. Pratidhwani, the echo,
endeavours to bring back ex-students to their roots. |
| Student
Committees |
 |
SCIT is not only about academics; here, students
can hone their skills sets by voluntarily working in committees, which are made
by the students, of the students and for the students. |
Placements: placement@scit.edu |
The Placement Committee or PlaceComm works for
the student during the placement and internship season |
| Guest
Lectures: gl_seminar@scit.edu |
The Guest Lecture Committee has three functional
arms which are General, Domain and e-Seminar. The objective of the Guest Lecture
Committee is to give students the right approach to keep themselves updated with
the latest trends and technology in the industry. |
| Sports & Cultural: snc@scit.edu |
The Sports & Cultural
committee looks after all the Sports and Cultural events taking place inside
and around SIC. The main aim of the committee is to motivate students to participate
in and organize sports and cultural events in the campus, and also encouraging
students to participate in inter-collegiate festivals organized outside the campus. |
| Alumni: alumni@scit.edu |
The Alumni Committee works to strengthen the relationship
between the alumni and the Institute. It provides a platform where alumni can
find their old friends and actively participate in the on-going events of the
college. This brings together a wealth of talented and capable professionals
who share their expertise and experience, and brainstorm on the prospective avenues
for further accentuating a mutually beneficial liaison. The Alumni Committee
also provides an opportunity to the Institute to acknowledge the contributions
and achievements of its alumni. The felicitation is a monthly event to honour
its alumni even years after their graduation.
The Alumni Committee also aims to promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction
between the alumni and the present students of SCIT. |
| Web & Media: web_team@scit.edu |
This committee
manages the SCIT website. It also takes care of various college publications. |
