EITES 2015 is in collaboration with Ritsumeikan University , Japan.
Conference proceedings will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted to Xplore and CSDL.
All paper submissions must be written in English.
Please send your original research work related to the conference tracks. Papers should be original and not submitted elsewhere for publication.
All papers must be formatted in standard CPS 2-column format. The mandatory CPS template in Microsoft Word and LaTeX format can be found at the CPS templates page.
Only Adobe PDF files will be accepted for the review process. All submissions must be made electronically through EDAS.
A maximum paper length is of six (6) printed pages including figures, tables and references using the CPS format without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional page with over length page charge of USD10 per page if accepted). Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.
Review Process for the selection of papers will focus on the technical quality and relevance to the tracks.
Papers not following these guidelines will be rejected without review and further action may be taken, including (but not limited to) notifications sent to the heads of the institutions of the authors and sponsors of the conference.
The verdict of the reviewers shall be final and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
CPS enforces a "no show" policy and only papers that are presented by an author at the conference will be sent for inclusion in the digital libraries.
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously. Follow these links to learn more:

Please Note: To be published in the EITES 2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for submission in Xplore and CSDL, an author of an accepted paper is required to register (Non-refundable registration fees) for the conference and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. For authors with multiple accepted papers, he/she has to register for each paper.
Overlength Page Charges
Note that each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (with no more than 8 pages, with USD10 overlength charge for each extra page). Overlength (extra page) charges must be paid while Registration.
