On 16th July 2026, Praghya – The AI & Analytics Club organized an engaging event celebrating the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence. The event brought together students from the DSDA and ITBM batches, providing an engaging platform to explore emerging AI trends, exchange ideas, and understand the expanding role of intelligent technologies in shaping the future.
The session commenced with a welcome address by the committee’s SPOC, who highlighted the significance of National AI Day and shared insights into the evolving global AI landscape. The address emphasized AI's transformative impact across industries and everyday life. The event was further enriched by an inspiring speech from Dr. Dhanya Pramod, Director, SCIT, who emphasized the importance of responsible innovation, ethical AI practices, and continuous learning to thrive in the digital era.
Adding excitement to the celebration, an AI Quiz tested participants' knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, recent technological advancements, and popular AI applications. The activity witnessed enthusiastic participation, encouraging healthy competition while making learning interactive and enjoyable.
National AI Day 2026 successfully strengthened participants' understanding of Artificial Intelligence beyond the classroom. Through insightful discussions, inspiring addresses, and engaging activities, the event encouraged curiosity, innovation, and a deeper appreciation of AI's limitless potential in shaping the future of technology.
