Integrity and Ethics Conclave 2025
The 10th Edition of the Integrity & Ethics Conclave began on 15th November 2025 with a warm welcome, marking a decade of this flagship initiative by the ITBM Guest Lecture Committee. Director Dr. Dhanya Pramod felicitated all the guests, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. Konnect Band set a graceful tone with a soulful musical performance that received heartfelt applause. The committee then introduced this year's theme Safarnama: Their Journey, Our Lessons through an engaging teaser. Dr.Dhanya shared the vision behind the conclave, emphasizing how integrity and values continue to guide leadership in todays evolving world.
The speaker sessions began with Ms. Rituu Mannuja, AVP and Learning Head, Tech Mahindra, who spoke about the difference between integrity and ethics, the role of trust, personal consistency, and how values are tested in real-life situations. This was followed by Dr. Jayant Mahajan, Assistant Professor, Christ University, who reflected on his 1.5-year cycling journey across India to raise awareness about climate change. Next, Mr. Kabeer Khurana, Film Director, shared insights on creative responsibility, the impact of storytelling, and the importance of value-driven ideas.
The final keynote was delivered by Mr. Suvendu Pati, Chief General Manager (CGM) at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), who discussed ethical dilemmas in AI, IndiaAIs seven guiding principles, and the need for fairness and accountability in technology. An energizing performance by Symbeats lifted the atmosphere, followed by Mr. Hruitvik Ambekar, an Athlete and TEDx Speaker, who spoke about perseverance, honour, and self-belief.
The post-conclave activities added a dynamic end to the day. Ethics Under Fire, a mock press conference, and UnlockD 2025, a campus treasure hunt, allowed students to apply decision-making, teamwork, and quick thinking in real-time scenarios. The online events Dilemma Decode 2025 and Origin Quest 2025 further extended the engagement, offering thoughtful problem-solving and knowledge-based challenges. Together, these events reinforced the conclaves core message: every journey carries lessons that build integrity and shape tomorrows leaders.
