Graffiti is the two-day annual techno-managerial fest and a flagship event
of SCIT. For the past two years, it has been happening in online mode, and
this year Students had the chance to bring this flagship event back to
Symbiosis Infotech Campus at its total capacity. Since it was a new
beginning, the theme for Graffiti 2023 was "Ab initio." Students
passionately worked in close collaboration for more than a month to
successfully organize this event on the 14th and 15th of January. Graffiti
2023 began with the lamp lighting ceremony and inaugural address by Dr.
Dhanya Pramod, Director of SCIT, at the SIC auditorium. A total of 17
events were held, and students from various colleges participated in these
events. Corporate roadies, Nautanki shala, Bid guru, 3RROR 404, ADV[IT]YA,
Spawn up, and G-MUN were a few events that captured everybody's attention.
The competitive spirit and enthusiasm were high among participants. To add
more flavors to the fest, there were multiple food stalls with various
food and snacks. Famous standup comedian Aditya kulshresth hosted a
houseful show at the SIC auditorium, and he filled the audience with
laughter and joy with his humor and wit. A grand main stage was set up for
the culmination of Graffiti 2023 on the nights of the 14th and 15th with
"Battle of Bands" and "PRO Night". On the 14th various bands performed
along with the headline performance by the "Antaheen" band, and each
performance mesmerized the audience. On the night of the 15th, EDM artist
Julia Bliss rocked the entire SIC campus making everyone jump and grove on
her beats. Graffiti 2023 concluded with her performance, leaving everyone
wanting more of all this and waiting for the next edition of Graffiti.
